Retreat within Urban Life, Coastal Soul Wellness & lifestyle Crafted Calm

This Notting Hill apartment refurbishment by Watershedd brings together mid century references, reclaimed elements and contemporary design to balance bold materiality, colour and warmth across a carefully reconfigured plan.

Watershedd has completed the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a Notting Hill apartment, transforming a traditional London home into a layered, characterful residence that balances seriousness with warmth and ease.

The project involved a comprehensive spatial reworking of the apartment alongside full interior design and the creation of a landscaped garden incorporating private wellness facilities, including a sauna and cold plunge. The result is a home that supports both everyday living and retreat, with moments of calm, contrast and surprise throughout.

Drawing inspiration from mid century furniture, reclaimed finds and contemporary pieces the interior brings together cosy textures, bold colour and muted natural tones. Soft sand coloured walls provide a quiet backdrop to antiqued timber chevron flooring, grounding the apartment with warmth and tactility.
