Perched on the hill in Trenance, The Rook sits nestled within the existing country woodland of the site creating an intimate family living space with spectacular views across Mawgan Porth.
The ground floor is dedicated to the modern family living spaces with an open-plan kitchen / dining room and large living space all overlooking the wrap around terrace leading over to the sunken pool. The contemporary infinity pool sits on the edge of the site closes to the beach offering glimpses through the trees out to sea.
The surrounding trees make this site unique within Mawgan Porth, offering privacy and intimacy for the family terrace. The house, designed by Watershedd Architects, is clad with black charred timber cladding and grey slate tiles to blend in behind the trees, with large areas of glazing focusing views out across Mawgan Porth.
